Attention: [email protected] On Oct. 29, 2020, two of OCL lawyers by the names Caterina Tempesta and Deborah Stewart appeared in a teleconference hearing of the Divisional Court with the judge J. Favreau file number 208/20 to stop a father from appealing the bias decision of the lower family court that has always been bias in favour of the women and brutally damaging to the children. Remember the indigenous Boarding Schools. The persons named above had no warrant or did not even have a reason to appear in a hearing for appeal, simply because the appeal is obviously about validity of a court order and not implementing it. These persons, who are again Caterina Tempesta and Deborah Stewart from the OCL have actually abused their lawyer status to charge OCL at least some hundreds of dollars through misappropriation of the public funds. Honestly, saying, they were in the Divisional Court hearing today to grab people's money. Amazingly, Justice J. Favreau supported these persons too.

I had dealings with the OCL for my family court case. The clinician in charge of this case was Kim Chapman. Her report was total slander and she did not do and fact checking at all. After i proved that things in this report were false i contacted her supervisor Tasha Aziz. I was told that the report was final and pretty much to bad. These people are immoral and do not care about right or wrong as long as they have their gravy government job. Never ever deal with the OCL!!!!!

Tremendously Biased investigation, The OCL did not interview any of my references or recommended contacts. I have 3 children yet the OCL only listened to the one Alienated child. 2 of the children are in counseling, And the Counselor stated that my one child is in fact being alienated from me and trying to assist with reconciliation therapy. This information has been completely disregarded. My oldest Daughter told the OCL worker that my Ex Wife did everything in her power to make her hate me, and feared that the same thing was happening to my youngest daughter. That information was also disregarded and not put into the report. The OCL also used My brothers Wife as a reference to the case, Yet she had not spoken to her about the correct information. When I called the OCL to have them call my Brothers Wife. They refused to get the correct information that would have proven the exact opposite of what the OCL was trying to portray. In short, I am currently in the process of getting ahold of Sylvie the OCL case manager. So far to no avail. I will be disputing the Biased completely One sided opinion of the case worker with the courts if need be. They need a second person to review the file and add all information that was given to them from both sides. Do not trust the OCL. They are extremely crooked.

Was expecting an impartial unbiased report by competent professionals. The OCL, and clinician Jenna Hill submitted a biased, and false affidavit to the court. This organization and their clinicians lack integrity, are biased, unprofessional, incompetent, and do not represent children or their best interests. If Ontario taxpayers knew of the conduct of the OCL on families and the costs incurred, they would be utterly outraged. Mediators should replace this whole government entity. Do whatever it takes to keep these people out of your family matters and away from children. Edit: A formal complaint was submitted to the OCL July 19, 2020. On Dec 10, 2020 a letter from the OCL that upon review of complaint the OCL accepts the issues and offers a new investigation. Evidence a false affadivit was submitted to the court by the clinician. The clinician will not stand behind the report. DO NOT TRUST THE OCL.

We were very disappointed in our case worker. She was not thorough and seemed to rush. We realized afterwards that she was very naive and totally got duped by the other side. She should probably get herself another profession.
