We had some frustrating issues with our home computer and were really struggling with it. We found Ray's contact information and called him on Monday. He came to our house early Tuesday morning and was able to identify the problem (within 2 hours) and make all necessary corrections. He was also really helpful in giving us pointers on how to maximize the additional things our pc could do. We're now adding him to our speed dial.
