Product is 5/5 - Fred - very friendly and professional. Willing to work with the builder of our home regarding payment. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I would have liked to have been informed on the time-frame. I had to keep emailing and asking as nothing was communicated.
Excellent product and customer service. Had a sunroom built by them that allowed us to enjoy the outdoors year round and quickly became the favorite room in our home. Highly recommended!
The service we received from Fred and his team was fantastic. They were prompt to return phone calls. The space they created is so wonderful. We can sit outside for dinner with no bug problem now. Jeff and Craig were very good to deal with and answered all our questions. We cannot say enough good about the team at Nubuild. Definitely a 5 star rating.
