I'm very pleased with the cleaning service provided on my sofa and light gray armchair which are now very clean. The staffs came on time, they were very friendly, courteous, and professional. Will call them next time I need cleaning.

Very bad service. I hired them a few years ago to apply a protective spray on my brand new furniture. The technician (who I found out was the boss' son) came to my house. He was unprofessional, arrogant and very rude towards us. He also never gave us a spray bottle that we had paid for. When I called to complain about this technician, they told me that they would send the spray bottle only IF we refer the company to friends, which I refused! The stains on my sofa never went away and I am so dissapointed in this company. Do not hire them!!
I would like to take this opportunity to commend two fine young men, Kevin and Valencia. I was most impressed with their performance, courtesy and respect that they showed. Their attitude and just plain niceness are what won us over and I hope we would be lucky enough to see them again in our future dealings with their company. We would certainly be happy to refer Chem Dry to all our friends and acquaintances.

CHEM DRY has been cleaning my carpeting and upholstery for several years now. They recently cleaned my kitchen and entryway that is a light colored ceramic floor and I am very pleased with the results. The grout is clean and the floor just shines!!! The Chem Dry Tile & Stone Renew Cleaner Concentrate does a wonderful job in maintaining the tiles. CHEM DRY IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!
