I hired them to clean the rugs. The technician then walks around with a black light to convince you there are pet stains everywhere. Very very misleading and very unprofessional how they upcharge you when not necessary. Will be writing the Better Business Bureau on their methods and so I would strongly recommend you use another service. Even after a two calls \complaint\ and a promise to call back. No reply from anyone since November. Do not waste your money with these guys. Totally ripped off - Zero Stars.

Chem Dry is a breath of fresh air in a society that only looks at the bottom line and is not so concerned about the quality of the service and workmanship provided.
