I went to Chatters because my usual stylist couldn’t fit me in. I was nervous. I went in for highlights and a cut. The stylists name was Julie. First she went over the pricing,so no surprise at the end, and helped me choose the right colour for my hair. Julie was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything about the products she was using. I am very picky about how my hair is cut, but she cut it exactly the way I asked (even better).And WOW!! My hair is absolutely amazing!!! Hands down the best haircut and highlights I've had in years. I’m leaving my old stylist, of 5 years, because of my great experience with Julie! She’s the best!
