I went here for highlights, the picture of the color of highlights i wanted and what I got are totally different. Not even close. So I have dark brown/black hair and wanted ashy blondish highlights. Showed them a picture. My hair was in good condition as I had not had it dyed since July 2020. So explained everything to the stylist and he assured that its doable and started to speak to me in number color chart language. However I told him I want to keep my base color the same as my natural. End result my base color turned out reddish orange and my highlights were as good as they could be. My base hair color totally through me off as its one thing I had spoken about to the stylist that i don't want any warm tones in my hair. It had already been 4 hours in the salon so came home and I called them up. They rescheduled me for the following day and I went just to ease the red and go back to my blackish brown as the base color. During this whole process my highlights have now turned orange brassy color and my base color is fine now. I really appreciate that my stylist tried his best with my hair and came into work on his ay off. But I’m honestly not happy with my hair at all. I will probably go over my hair myself with a box dye and get these orange brassy highlights out myself. I’m quite upset about this whole situation, I can’t even look at my hair without getting upset.

After some unfortunate encounters with box bleach, box dye, some YouTube tutorials and a pair of scissors I found myself needing help. I am so grateful for Natalia being able to take me with a last minute appointment, I love the cut and style she did. Natalia was able to get rid of all the damaged hair without loosing length, haven't felt this good about my hair in awhile! Can finally run my fingers through my hair and it doesn't feel like straw lol. I recommend Natalia 100%, thank you so much!

Omg. I'm so disappointed. I went in to see Richard who was recommended to me. I gave a photo and asked for a longer pixie and came out with an awful and short cut. I am starting a new job and look horrible. I'm so embarrassed. I paid 200 for this and didn't even get what I wanted. I am so sad and disappointed. He does awesome mens cuts but clearly not women's.

I can’t thank my stylist Richard enough for saving me from my horrific haircut I had received elsewhere just in time my daughters wedding!! Not only did it turn out beautiful but he took the time to be patient and kind and gave me the perfect cut and color that suited my face. I will forever be grateful and will never go anywhere but to Richard. The store is clean and wonderfully light and airy feeling with a lot of products to choose from as well. I’m new to the area but I have found my home for hair care!! PS the girl at the til was also the sweetest! I can’t explain the elation from tears to joy for find such a professional salon! Thank you ️
