I made a last minute appointment and was lucky enough to be put in Kyle’s chair! He listened well to my expectations, was personable and super knowledgeable about hair and color! He gave me exactly what I had asked for and my hair is now super soft and shiny! He recommended some great products that I’m very excited to try out! Definitely booking with him for my next cut/color!!!

I came in here for a cut and style by Roxy as she had great reviews! Unfortunately while she was a very nice woman she was somewhat unprofessional and did a really poor job on my bangs. She dropped her comb 2 times and even dropped the curling iron while my hair was clamped on it. I understand sometimes people have off days and I hope that was the case. The bangs she gave me were so thick and blunt. I went home in tears and was so frustrated because I showed her a clear image of what I had wanted and my hair didn’t look anything like that. The worst cut I have ever received and I had to go to another salon to get the bangs fixed, but they still look strange because she cut them far too thick, long, and without any face framing.

Roxy is a very good and professional hair stylist. She is a master with colors and knows what fits well with individual skin tones. My daughter and I came in for a balayage consultation and she did a phenomenal job with my daughter's hair. She is very knowledgeable and was skillful with the thick hair she was handling. We were both so happy with her results. I would definitely recommend Roxy.

I got my hair coloured by Marlee and I love it. I have thick hair and went in with brassy ends and grown out roots and she gave me the rooty, golden blonde highlights and balayage I wanted. She did an amazing job, taking her time to get my hair as light as it could go in one appt while keeping it healthy. The highlights and babylights are beautiful and the lightness far exceeded my expectations. I have been getting compliments from everyone (including my mom - and we all know moms don't shy from giving their true opinion lol!). I have been to way pricier places in Victoria which haven't been worth the price; I'm definitely going back to Marlee! -Anu
