WARNING!!! Purchased firewood at Christmas 2018. Delivery was good. The wood was not. Wet and dirty wood. Does not burn, little heat, and does not appear to be aged well at all. Most pieces covered in mud and ice, like it ws submerged in water, dug out and then delivered. It will take a year or two to age it and dry it out. Called the company and advised them of the issue. Since then, three more calls and all going to voicemail with no return. DO NOT GET WOOD FROM THIS PROVIDER. I will post an update if they care to return my call and make things right.

Found Dave and Paul online and called them. Paul answered all of my questions and made the ordering of the wood that would keep my family warm all winter very easy. Next day Dave showed up. No Fuss No muss. Great service guys. You have a customer for life!
I ordered a bush cord of 16” seasoned firewood. On the day of delivery they dropped the bush cord on my driveway, which was were I asked them to leave it. When I got home I saw 3/4 of the wood were large pieces of wood and mostly frozen. Many pieces were a tree trunk cut in half. I phoned them to ask about this. I was told that there must have been a problem with the machine that splits the wood. They told they appreciated me calling them so they can tell management and have it fixed. When I asked what would be done with the wood that was delivered to me the receptionist suggested I could rent a wood splitter or purchase an axe and chop the wood. She said that she would tell management. Well it’s been a week and no one has contacted me. If your looking for seasone wood ready for your fireplace, this is not the place to get it. Went to Miller Lumber and purchased seasoned, dry wood which is really ready to burn. They keep there wood indoors and seasoned for 2 years. Now I can enjoy a fire and not have to spend my time chopping or splitting wood, which I thought I purchase from from Hallman Wood products.
WARNING!!!! Do not buy firewood from here if you plan to burn it the same season. I purchased a bush-cord of "redi2burn" firewood in the fall to burn that winter. I was assured it was aged hardwood that had already been seasoned. When I went to use it for the first time I quickly learned this was not the case and that this wood was freshly split and had not been seasoned as advertised. I thought maybe it was just the first few pieces I grabbed so I tried a few more and every single piece was soaking wet. It is extremely frustrating trying to start fires with wet wood and it took hours to get fires up to temperature. I generally start my fires when I get home from work, but by the time I could get any heat from the fire it was late at night and my furnace had been running the whole time. I was just burning wood and not heating my home, it was a huge waste. After a week of frustrating fires I gave up and called around to other firewood providers and ended up having to pay a premium for firewood as I was looking for a rush delivery in the winter when supplies are low for providers. The wood from Redi2burn is in my wood shed drying for next season while I burn other stuff. Tried contacting someone there to remedy the issue and let them know they are selling wet wood as seasoned and have been given the run around over and over. No one seems to want to help or even call me back. I am extremely disappointed and fustrated with them and have given up trying to get a response from them. I highly recommend not purchasing from this company if you plan to burn the wood in the same season.
