I know it’s a sister company of Rogers but I really do hate Rogers and I don’t mind this company at all cheap prices good plans and much better connection because it is connected to Rogers satellites, unlike public mobile. Kiosk employees rarely ever help because most of them don’t speak English very well so it’s mostly up to you to figure it out, it’s pretty easy.

Richa, is absolutely amazing, amazing customer service. I switched cellphone providers to chatr. She was very thorough going over the plan with me. Took not even 5 minutes to switch my current number over and activate my new phone and set up pre authorized payments. She gave me her card so I could contact act her directly, instant of calling customer service and having to wait. As for chatr itself I find the service just the same as my old provider but cheaper by 80 dollars. So happy I found a new cellphone provider that is affordable with a better plan. Highly recommend chatr.
