It awesome.. This store is really big once it is opened again. They have taken all precautions with limited number of people and social distancing in the store. Bubble tea are great as always. Staff is nice and polite. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to taste Bubble Tea !!

Easily one of the worst customer service I've received. I asked to have 1 of the toppings replaced and willing to pay extra for the replacement. Upon receiving my order I noticed it wasn't as requested so I asked if it would be ok to adjust the drink and again said it would be ok if I had to pay extra. The girl that I spoke to told me to put the drink in the trash can that she held in front of my face, then slammed it down on the floor. Believe me she slammed it, not placed. I mean the other girl in store was scared too. So she went and make another drink for me, and guess what it wasn't as I asked for either. The only difference now was I wouldn't ask for a replacement again, nor would I return for any other time in the future. Oh and did I mentioned it wasn't unusual to receive horrible service there?
Nice, cozy, quiet shop. Good bubble tea at reasonable prices. The employees are quick and friendly. There are plenty of menu options, and each one is very good. There’s something for everyone. Overall, it’s a nice, clean and great bubble tea shop.
Pretty good bubble tea with lots of options. Staff is pretty good, efficient if not overly friendly, and service was quite quick. More options to see the moderately extensive menu without having to stand directly in front of the till would be good.

Good drinks but staff isn’t the most welcoming. It almost feels like they are upset you’re there. Slightly upsetting they don’t accept cash which I can understand why because of the pandemic but a lot of people don’t have bank accounts.
