The individual I spoke with on the phone was very unprofessional and made me feel dumb and not worth his time. As a first home buyer and wanting to ensure my electrical is up to code to support a huttub. Also to possibly provide business for the future. I do not suggest going with this business just in the basis of customer service with a potential customer. I wanted to get quotes to see who is comparable and ensure that I would not be provided a higher than average price. He stated that it would not be worth his time to provide a quote and was quite rude about it.

Here's my experience, in sequence; Quoted X Did 75% of job Handed in an invoice for 1.5 x the quote No forewarning of cost overruns prior to submitting invoice.
They wired my bathroom when i had it renovated, re-wired my basement after water damage, put in under-cabinet lights in my kitchen, and installed an outdoor plug at the back of my house where i didn't have one previously. Knowledgeable staff, quality materials, and impeccable work that's guaranteed. I wouldn't call anywhere else.
Do not deal with this company the owner Brian is not an honest person. You will be overcharged. He charges for hours that are not done by his tech, in fact they inflate them, they do not complete the work and bill you for completion. If you question them, they put liens on your property no questions, once they are paid they call the ESA and withdraws their permit and claim that the work is incomplete and have the ESA contact you for illegal electrical work. This has been my experience. I have been in business for over 20 years and dealt with a lot of contractors and other business people, this is the by far the worst company and owner I have ever met and worked with, big mistake on my end. I am looking into having a lawyer get involved right now due to their corrupt behaviour.
Where do I begin with the so called customer service. My rental water heater broke down in Jan 2017. I called Reliance to schedule a service call with this horrible company. I was told over the phone that they do not do any service calls on weekends or after 5 during the week, yet they install this water heater on a Sunday many years ago. I told them I will not take time off work and lose income to have the water heater that I do not own repaired. I told them if it needs to be in a few weeks, I understand. I did have hot water, just not a lot. The owner of this company said he would call me back later on in the week. 6 weeks goes by. No phone call. I call up Reliance and complain about the issue again. Luckily I am handy and I diagnose the issue myself. I search online and find a part. I inform reliance that I could fix it myself, but I'm not fixing a rental unit on my own dime. Reliance then tells me that since the water heater is over 10 years old I can be free of my contract with them. I buy the part and repair it myself. FINALLY, 4 months after my first phone call from the owner, he calls me to schedule an appointment. Really??? 4 months?? Great customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would
