A flyer was sent in the mail and I purchased an OBUSFORME NECK AND NECK 4 in 1 cervical pillow.Two for the price of one.I tried the pillow out for 3 nights and was unable to relievemy shoulder and neck issue .( VERY HARD.) When I called to ask about returning the product which by the way I paid 67.79 they informed me it could not be returned. This is bad faith. How will a person know if a product is right for them if they cannot try it? Best Regards Karen Wishak

I come here for ostomy supplies. The staff is always friendly, but some are unaware of supplies they have on hand. I was in for the second time in 2 weeks asking for Pegaderm strips. Could not find the size I needed. Said that they were out. Came back today and the same thing. Turns out they were on the shelf, hidden behind other product. Furthermore, they regularly run out of ostomy supplies. I use Convatech supplies. I have been told that \you know they are expensive to keep on hand\. Anyway they usually come in shortly after my request and they do call me when the supplies come in. Constantly having to go in a second time is a pain in the ***. The point is that these are an absolute necessity for ostomates! We do not have any alternatives! If someone gets into an emergency and they absolutely need these supplies, they only have 1 alternative source in this city. Service to your customers should take precedence over the cost of keeping a little extra inventory !
