Janette the manager of Penningtons Chatham, has so far been the nicest manager i have encountered in all my years of shopping in your stores, there are not enough words to describe the amount of good customer service that she provides. She keeps us updated on promotions which i love, she is always friendly and always has a smile, its employees like that keep me coming to your store. I hope she never quits.
