I just waited for 10 mins!!!! Driver Taz and his towing truck arrived within 10mins!!!! Call center told me 1 hour. But just 10 mins!!!! It is amazing!!!!!! Very very very great!!!!!
Excellent service from our tow truck driver Jerry last night while stranded on the 401 in the dark. Once contacted by roadside assistance he was there in ten minutes. Helped us out even changing the tire. Highly recommend this service.
Exceptional service. Noor arrived quickly and was super helpful and personable in a very stressful time. Super grateful that he responded to a call on a Sunday and was open to driving approx. 3hrs to get us back home with the car. Thank you guys for all the help once again!
Neil Shikor showed up to pick me and my car up last week and I have to say I have had a few terrible experiences with drivers being rude but Neil was amazing. He was quick at responding and talked my whole hour and a half drive home and made me feel safe and comfortable. You guys have yourself a damn good driver. Thanks again Neil
