We had cabinets for our kitchen custom made 6 years ago. I have called complained also paid them twice to come fix my chipped cupboards 2 of them the exact same spots This began within the first year and we do not have kids. Where it’s located it’s impossible that it was hit hard like they will tell me since the only thing we put in there is bread. They are still chipped because they should of been replaced by them. Our had earned money we spent makes me very sad and not pleased. I would not recommend then to anyone. I now have to drive to Chatham and pick up some touch up paint hoping it will look better even though those chips will still be there. This definitely is not a new problem it’s been 6 years!

Cabinets started peeling paint 2 years after I had them Called to inquire and had a hard time getting service. When they came out they asked me to show them how I open my cabinets. They proceeded to tell me I opened them wrong and should only use my pinkie finger. Therefore they said I was the cause of the problem Also stated I must be cleaning them wrong. Wear and tear should not occur after only 2 years. No warranty coverage for it either. * Update: Mylen just phoned me out of no where because they were concerned about the negative review. I received new info....they are now telling me they tested my cabinets and found an 'unknown' chemical on them that has to be from me that caused the paint to wear. They cannot identify the chemical and said it is IMPOSSIBLE for it to have come from their end. Let me clarify; they removed one of my cabinets to test it and the provided a replacement cabinet....well is it not funny that the new cabinet is the only one that has not wore. When I stated that that was evidence that there could be an issue on their end they denied it. Keep in mind I have cleaned this cabinet with a cloth and water the same as the rest and yet the entire original batch has worn. The phone call came out of no where and was quite upsetting. I asked if they were calling because they wanted to now stand by their product and that was not the case. They were only concerned about the google review. Shame on them!!!
You really don't my review at this time. I will give a review when all my issues are corrected and I become pleased with the job done. Not even the least bit happy with any aspect of this company.
It is an amazing wonderful place to visit. The staff is very helpful.
Very unhappy with the level of service I received, the product was subpar and the installation was not professional, please stay away from these guys, I regret losing my hard earned money on their poor service and quality!
