Although the customer service initially was fantastic the end results were very disappointing. My husband and I were building a house and needed a few ceiling fans to complete our lighting list. The girl that runs the place was very upbeat and helpful but when it came to following up with our potential order she was a ghost. We collaborated together on which fans we were thinking about ordering through one of her catalogs. She explained to us that she wanted to check pricing and sizing for us online before solidifying anything. She took my name and email address and assured us she would get back to us within a couple of days with quotes and options. A week went by and I never heard from her so I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt (maybe something came up and she was busy or lost our information) and called her. I left a very detailed voicemail with my phone number and politely asked her to call us back. Another week went by.. nothing. I called the store again, left another voicemail, no response. Keep in mind we were building a house which has a very strict deadline and we informed her of this as well. We had no choice but to take our money elsewhere. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I will not be returning.
