I have sent emails to get quotes on wedding items and I never get a response. Resulted in my order going to another local print shop. In response to the owner: I thought the purpose to give Google reviews was for the good, the bad, and the ugly? Why are you saying I am in the wrong when giving my own review. Does this not show how you treat people? I dont appreciate you sharing details of a private order I asked about when I specifically referenced wedding products. I had called and asked a gentleman if he recieved my email about wedding items and he stated no. I sent the email again. I believe there should have been a total of 4 emails sent. My emails did not bounce back and was the email I used for my other quote.
