10/10 the manager at this store is fantastic. She helped me out with getting a new pair of laces.
Went to Mark's today and was very disappointed in the customer service. The one gentleman was great and answered all our questions very helpful. The rest of the staff acted like we were annoying them by asking a question. At the cash out the two ladies were complaining about another staff member, didn't speak with us at all, a younger girl stepped in and finished our transaction and was pleasant. So Thank you to the two staff that were awesome, the rest maybe need a day off.

Long wait the refuse to use both registers and joke about the long line. Watched four people walk out. Also I couldnt use my 25 discount card that I had to send over 200bucks to get. I was told I should have come in right after covid if I wanted to use it.
I ordered online and shipping was fast! Love their products when they are on sale.
It was not bad but the shoes I ordered weren't in stock I waited a week for the shoes I wanted but the Dakota "3619" Quad Comfort Athletics will hopefully do my feet better.
