Nothing special. We had a burger (ok) and a chicken wrap (hard to mess that up). Service was fast; not so friendly. Hard to make a connection with anyone in the restaurant when the music was cranked up so loud we could not hear options for food or condiments. The cashier commented that it was loud in there so instead of turning the music down she turned off a machine behind her. Didn’t help much. Next time we will pick an alternate restaurant. Bonus points though for using paper straws and bags made from recycled paper.

A typically decent Harvey's experience. Staff were very friendly and quick to prepare our order. Food was well prepared and met expectations. Restrooms are a little cramped and slightly dated but were clean. A good value and a good experience.
Update: The service and food has improved, so I give 4 stars. Their new spicy burger is so good. I hope they keep at least the sauce for good. Yummy. Also, the food was fresh and hot. Finally. Old Review: Oooo the new Lightlife plant based burger was nasty!!! I gave 2 stars for the okay service. It took a long time to get my order even though i ordered ot on the app and it was supposed to be ready at the set time. Also, i had to come back because they got my order wrong. But my star rating is mainly based on the nasty flavour of that burger. Plus why dont they toast the buns? The fries and onion rings were very good though. The restaurant is really rundown looking. Dingy and yuck. Soooo many Harveys have renovated, yet this one is stuck in the 80s. The parking lot is really bad too
Extremely disappointed! I would like to start with saying I ABSOLUTELY love Harvey's burgers. Today was a very special day that came to a bitter halt. After placing an online order, to skip all 6 cars that make up a 45 minute line up for some reason, I arrive at the store to find out they don't even have a simple sign on the door to state they only serve online orders through drive thru. (Which defeats the purpose of Online orders.) I then tried to call the restaurant, at which point it rang, and rang, and rang with no answer. At this point I take my kids to another restaurant with lower quality food. After my kids are in bed, I return to the store, sit in drive thru for 20 minutes for Kyle to tell me the restaurant won't do anything for me, because it was an online order. I understand we are in hard times, but a little foresight, and kindness goes a long way Kyle. Extremely Disappointed Customer.
Food is delicious. staff can be okay to deal with. But the food could stand to be a bit hotter(burgers).
