I have an older home and the windows compliment the vintage look of the home with modern efficiency. Very poor installation and poor product. I ordered brand new windows and they gave me damaged windows with holes and poor welding on the corners and windows that are extremely difficult to open. Poor install that left the windows sticking out of my house and the top lip sticking out with snow and rain going behind the window. No attempts to resolve it since the poor install from May 2018, it is now January 2019. Do not make the mistake of using this company.
When i worked with them the first time, they really did a wonderful job. I worked with them again the second time and they have never disappointed me. They work on time, clean up the mess, let you know which works best and are honest with their suggestions. I enjoy working with this team and i have no regrets getting our windows done by them. Very good job!
