My wife is 7 weeks pregnant with severe morning sickness. We got booked in to The “Good” Doctors, and the nurse was very kind and asked all of the necessary questions. They wouldn’t let me in the room with my wife, despite the fact that the doctor to be seen would be via video conference. My wife gets online with The Doctor, she tells him her symptoms, and asks if she wants to abort the baby?! He continues to be dismissive and telling her that she doesn’t know she’s pregnant, a pregnancy test doesn’t mean you’re pregnant (we’ve been taking tests for 6 months trying to conceive, all were negative until the 2 we took on separate days were POSITIVE. End of the call, he wouldn’t prescribe her with any anti-nausea medication, basically told her she wasn’t pregnant. Later that evening, my wife collapses and convulses and is taken to the emergency and guess what?! SHE’S 7 WEEKS PREGNANT!! We got to see the baby through an ultrasound. She had to be treated with IV and prescribed anti-nausea meds, NO thanks to the Good Doctors. If you’re wishing to be scolded and neglected for the health issues only you are experiencing, but are told otherwise, then the Not-so-good Doctors is the place to be.

My doctors are in Windsor, and I live in the Chatham-kent area. Love the good doctors nurses and physicians. Quick, easy, friendly.

I called here to get an appointment yesterday, I was asked a series of questions, was given a time to be there, was asked to be there earlier than the time, I got there at 1045 hours and waited to be called. When I was called, a woman came out to see me, asked for my name, asked me the same questions I was asked on the phone yesterday and asked me to put the mask over my entire face. I told her that I have a medical condition that would cause me to trip out if my face is covered, she told me it's a matter of comfort level and she, not the doctor's office, can't see me. She went back into the room, came back out and said that she will call me on the phone and issue me the requisition form. I don't know if it's because of my complexion or gender why she behaved like this. But when she called me on the phone, she had the audacity to ask me if I'm comfortable having her take my information on the phone. Of course I'm not comfortable giving my information on the phone! I was asked to be there in person and wanted to be seen in person. If they had problems with seeing me or anyone in person, why did they not ask all of their questions on the phone and give me the requisition form after I showed them my Health Card? It would have been the same result. I'm not enjoying this city. I should have stayed where I was. Since I came here, I haven't had good treatment from the public and the people in professional positions.

Called for an appointment since CKHA can't give me a family doctor because of the shortage in Ontario. I tried to book with them but they said since I went for a COVID test 4 weeks ago (voluntarily) and even if I tested negative, I can't go. They booked me for a telephone doctor. I thought it would be fine but the doctor never listened to what I was saying and just \wanted to confirm the blood requisition and we'll go from there\. I have a disease where I need to be fully checked up not just for CBC, but also my urine, fecal matter, creatinine, and sometimes ultrasound. I can't just be said \ go for a blood test\ when what I need is a full test. I know this is a walk-in clinic but while Ontario needs to step up, the doctor could have been more \good\ and could've just listened to what I was saying before interrupting me and not even listening to a single word I said.

Fast and efficient service. Nurses are excellent. I love that you can make an appointment and not have to wait in the walk-in rotation.
