Would definitely recommend this business to anyone with flooring needs, even through this pandemic it was done with consideration & professionalism. Service was great from the time we met with Rachel, to the time everything was completed. The installers did an amazing job & went right to work. They left with everything in a clean & immaculate state. I would suggest contacting them if you need new flooring!!

The men arrived by the designated starting time and immediately began prepping the 3 bedrooms that we were getting re-floored. They worked quietly and efficiently and did an outstanding job. We love our new floors. They also completed re-flooring our stairway and had all the work completed within 5 hours. In addition, I purchased an end of the roll piece of linoleum for my work office that I am very happy with. End of the roll also did an excellent job on carpeting our front porch two years before. We’ve had them do our bathroom and kitchen and loved it so much we had them come back to do the carpet on our stairs/landing. Scott and the whole team are very personable and friendly. From the moment you walk in the door someone is there to help and answer all your questions. We had a few concerns with having an old house and large dogs but they walked us through all our options and came up with clever fixes when things were a bit awkward with the layout. They are always on time and keep you in the loop with any updates/changes. Great prices and great service, would definitely use them again for ourselves and highly recommend to friends and family!
Amazing customer service. Very accommodating, courteous and friendly service from everyone. You can depend on them. And they were quick to come over to measure and give a quote the very next day. The “Dream Team” as Scott called the installers were exactly that. They arrived right on time, did a very professional and excellent job installing the pad and good quality carpet in our basement and stairs in record time. We had a great experience with End of the Roll from the very beginning with Peter to help select a carpet, then with Scott who came to measure, to the end with the 3 members of the Dream Team! We are very pleased with our lovely carpet that we purchased at a very reasonable price. We will certainly deal with them for any future flooring! They are all a Dream Team! Thanks so much! End of the Roll Chatham is a great place for all your flooring needs. We received excellent customer service in store and by phone/email. There is a wide variety of options to choose from and I appreciated the one on one attention when it came to matching a swatch we brought in from our existing carpet. Installation was fast and easy and their work speaks for itself. It’s perfect with great attention to details. I will be back again for our next home improvements.
