My husband and I weren't actively looking to replace our back patio door and front door but it was in the back of our minds to get done eventually. We had a neighbour on our street getting their windows done so a rep came to our door and asked if we were interested in a a free quote. The price they give you is good for a year so I thought why not? Brian was our sales rep and he was very honest and great to work with. We had him look at our windows and said outright they don't need to be done for a while so I don't want to take your money for no reason. He took his time to go through several different options and addressed all of our questions including having our patio door swinging outside instead of inside. He was also very thorough and seemed quite knowledgeable about what we wanted done. The finished product is absolutely stunning and they followed up the next day to make sure everything went well. I look forward to working with them again when the need arises!

We recently had a beautiful new front door and sidelights installed by Sentry. The entire process from start to finish was a great experience. The installers were so pleasant, neat and tidy and very particular about their work. We are extremely pleased with the result and cannot wait to be able to open my sidelights!!! It has transformed our entryway! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sentry.

I waited four and a half months from the time I got the acute until the time the the doors were installed apparently due pandemic stalling deliveries of material that was needed from the United States. That I can live with. I had two doors installed and the one at the side of the house won't fully open because it hits the wall that it was installed on. Also the hinges squeaked very loudly the next day and since then as well. My old doors opened fully and never squeaked over thirty two years. The installers didn't take their work boots off or put anything under them to protect my hardwood floors while going through the house between the two doors. The fourth thing was they put a sign in my front yard as advertising without asking me if i minded them doing that. I am especially disgusted with the fact the door won't fully open and I see no resolution without removing it and reinstalling so it will open properly. I have a plastic Folgers coffee container against the wall to protect the wall. I called Brookstone on a Tuesday and the person I was suppose to talk to did not get back to me until Friday morning and then was somewhat terse over the phone. They gave me a time and day that they could send someone to take a look and to lubricate the hinges, that is eleven days away and two week actually two weeks from the first call. I am disgusted that the door won't fully open and will be reminded every time i use the door which is several times a day. I had family over for Halloween and they certainly took note and so have other visitors. Unless there is a total fix I would expect some monetary resolution.

We recently had new patio doors installed by Brookstone and are very happy with our experience. The price was very reasonable and the service was A. Our quote was presented in a detailed and comprehensive manner with all our questions answered to our satisfaction. To our surprise, the door was ready sooner then expected and the install was quick and efficient with much attention to detail. The service technician was very professional and took a lot of care to ensure the area was left clean upon completion. We would highly recommend Brookstone and will use their services again in the future as needed.
