Since nowhere we can travel , decided to do some upgrades around and thanks to the Chateau Team I am absolutely satisfied . I’ve got the referral from a friend of mine and she was right . These guys deserve at least 5 stars . Well explained, detail oriented workmanship and clean finish delivered on time . What else you could ask for a competitive price ? Thanks for all .

I am not one to write reviews about businesses but, having been through a recent home reno and all the headaches and difficulties, I feel like I want to shout from the top of the mountain about our super positive experience with Chateau. We always knew that Chateau had a high quality product but what we recently learned was how five-star Chateau's after-sale service really is. We looked into other window providers but we went with Chateau for their reputation and they did not disappoint. When we had issues/questions/fixes for the window install, Chateau was responsive, kind and went over and above expectations in terms of how they dealt with our issues. For example, one of our large fixed windows had some sort of damage on it, which we only realized months after moving into our home. We were worried when we called Chateau about the issue that they'd say our trades caused the damage. Instead, Chateau was understanding and quick to address the issue. Edgar, Brent, Tony, Amabelle and the crew at Chateau are real people who care about the experience of their customers. We can't recommend this company more highly for their high-quality product and service.
We waited many years to replace our windows. We wanted to improve the thermal performance of the windows while maximizing the amount of sunlight coming in. Many of the window options in the market seemed to be the same, not very wide with thick frames. Chateau had just what we were looking for, quality windows with a large expanse of glass. They even went the extra mile by replacing three windows with a bay that lets us enjoy the sunset. The whole experience of dealing with Chateau was very professional from the selection meeting in the showroom to the site measurements to the installation. We have really enjoyed the windows and we open them much more frequently now. The house is warmer in the winter. Bonus, it also looks better. Wish we had done this earlier. We've changed most of the windows and door in our house. We were referred to Chateau and have only used them. They have excellent products, good service and fair prices. For the remaining windows we need to change, we'll continue to use them. We highly recommend them.

Everything about this company is excellent. My window installation was extremely complicated and challenging but they completed it perfectly. Ryan supervised the installation very professionally and was a true artisan in his work. Our sales contact Jane was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I could not have imagined a better experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace windows and doors.
12 years later i had a problem with my window lever and they came right away to solve the issue!!!!!! who does that anymore????? Only Chateau Windows....cant say enough great things about the entire experience with them
