I am glad to recommend Charm Fertility to anyone looking for help conceiving. The staff is extremely personable and professional, recognizing me at each visit and answering any of my questions. From the front desk staff to the nurses, everyone is extremely helpful and welcoming. While some of the testing and/or procedures can feel a bit awkward at times, they do their best to put you at ease and are always professionals about everything. I'm glad to say that with their help I am now pregnant for the first time! Hopefully, I do not need to return, but if I do need help conceiving again, I would gladly return to Charm! Thanks, Charm Team!

The team of charm fertility oakville is professional, highly qualified, very kind and cooperative with all their patients, starting with the reception department, ultrasound team, laboratory team and nurses. They are really at the highest efficiency, but I have a note about the doctor’s work. I believe the patient’s psychological comfort is through direct communication with the therapist’s doctor and not through the nurses.
The team at Charms Fertility Oakville have been so professional, kind and supportive every step of the way. They have always answered all of my questions very well and provide helpful information. I highly recommend them. Thank you to all the amazing staff and nurses.
I cannot say enough about how great this clinic. The entire team from front desk to lab technicians to nurses are wonderful. Sarah and Rachel (nurses) are responsive, professional and really genuinely care. Josephine is so kind and draws blood with no pain. The office is clean and safe. Not as busy as other clinics which results in very personal service.
Staff have always been super nice and helpful. Clinic is clean and well run. Services are provided by knowledgeable professionals who are always willing to listen and answer any questions I may have. Often women and couples go to a clinic like this when it’s not the easiest time in their lives, but the friendly staff have always been supportive and wonderful to work with :)
