Sold a couple rings couple of days ago to a girl there. I wasn’t sure what to ask for, or what they would be worth, and she was honest and thorough. I’ve gone into the store a few times before, have always loved the items I find, but always hesitated on selling. The customer service here is awesome no matter who helps you, and I will definitely be in again.
A great variety of items, clean store with a nice layout. The staff are always helpful, David has always been especially helpful when looking for something.
Its a nice store with lots of interesting stuff. However it can get REALLY expensive. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I bought a big blue tooth amp for my shop here and thought it quit working so I marched back into Most Wanted to see if I could exchange it even with the warranty over . The guy at counter says 'no problem ' and commenced to check it out. Nothing wrong with the amp just the operator. I guess I shut the BT off some how. Nothing but good to say with Most Wanted. I think they would hooked me up with another amp if this one had stopped working. 5 stars
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. An employee with the name tag on saying "Ray" was the most arrogant employe I have ever come across. With the rude comment "well we could not do the loan either" was just the beginning of his rude remarks. When I had mentioned terrible customer service he had said " I might get better service at the door" .... Someone working in this postion should not be acting so high and mighty, trying to take advantage of you because he knows he has the upper hand. I agree with all the previous reviews of people saying they have bad customer service, that their employees don't care about you or ecen show you the slightest respect. I even agree with the previous review I had read on "Ray" non personable/condescending. At least I know I'm not the only person to have these thoughts. #changemymind
Large variety of stuff! Staff are very friendly and try their best to help you find what you need or something comparable. Unique items each store has makes you want to go to each one of their locations.
