Can't say how much I love it here. All your organic ferment needs. Locally sourced. I've eaten at the restaurant part once and it was some of the best vegan food I've ever had. So flavorful. The staff are so friendly and really know their stuff!

We got a delicious roasted parsnip pear soup, veggie pâté, and a veggie tuna salad sandwich (made with chick peas). Everything was superb. If you’re looking for a unique, healthy, vegetarian restaurant, this place is it! The food is delicious! Farm to table, organic, local, and the staff are wonderful. They have even sell groceries to go.

Happily came across this place today! I had a wonderful lunch- Soup and a salad for 12.99- and the salad was super robust. Ingredients were diverse and local, perfect to keep you going throughout the day. My soup was roasted Parsnip and it was perfect. A little bit of kick, and real parsnip flavour overall. This spot sells a mix of things- Fresh produce ready to go, kombucha by the glass or growler (I think) and meals to eat in or take out. They're also connected to Timothy's (though two different businesses) and let me take my latte into their seating area. It looks wheelchair accessible, with no steps and a small ramp at the entrance. I will 100% be back!

I thought this place was a natural medicine shop until someone told me it was actually a restaurant, bar, vegetable stand and fermented product shop. Decided to try the Kombucha and while it isn't as effervescent as the bottled stuff I get from retail stores there was a much nicer tea and berry flavor that I really appreciated. I love their bottle swap, I was starting to accumulate a pile of Kombucha bottles and knowing that I can swap them out here for refills is great. I also tried the fire kimchi, very impressive, I've almost eaten the whole jar in three days. I'll be stopping in to try the lunch fare for sure.
