This morning I had an 8AM appointment for a small paint repair that I was told at the time I made the appointment would take about 2 hours to fix. I wandered around putting in time visiting other local business and returned at 11pm to pick up my repaired car. Alas, my car was exactly where I had parked it 3 hours earlier. What? When I went in to retrieve my keys, the young gentlemen made the remark that they had had a busy morning and had not gotten to it just yet??? What about the 8am appointment I thought. I guess that meant ... "Drop it off and maybe we'll get to it sometime". NOT GOOD ENOUGH! In future I'll be taking my business elsewhere. NO STARS. ( I had to choose 1 in order to post the review)

Lovely staff, very transparent with communicating with their clients. Great job done on my vehicle after I had a bad accident and they were very kind to drive me to my rental appointment. Highly recommend these guys

Couldn't be more pleased with the work done on my vehicle due to squirrels chewing wiring, etc. They replaced all the damaged parts and put the car back together perfectly. It looks like new! I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and would recommend them very highly.

Two times went there to rent a car and both Time dissatisfied. I booked a larger car and mentioned-that I don’t want the economy one, because the difference was less than 10 dollars. I went there and I given a key of an old Honda Civic. I didn’t get that car and asked to change. They gave me a Nissan which was smelly inside. I brought the car back the day after and wondered if they offer a ride, which is something normal in this type of business but they said no! He is not good at customer service. In general I won’t go there again and i won’t recommend it to anyone.

After being involved in an accident, my insurance set up the repair. Carstar was able to drop off a rental car to me when they came to tow my car away. This saved me a lot of hassle! I just picked up my car this morning and I am very happy with the great work they did. Thanks to the whole team!
