I have followed Rachel Torn since she has been in massage school. Her knowledge of what is going in the body as well as her massage abilities will leave you feeling like a new person. She is always willing to give me some stretches or exercises to help me improve at home. She makes you feel comfortable from the second you get on the table until the second you leave! I highly recommend Rachel as your next massage therapist!

I thought I was going to be in pain forever after my neck started acting up from holding my second baby. 4 months of suffering and I finally found Charene at Chaparral Physiotherapy. She is the REAL DEAL. She fixed my issue in 3 sessions and I was shocked. The deep needling she does works, period. Also you get to relax with heat packs and electrical stimulation after the needling which only enhances your experience.
