Im from Alberta and I ordered a snorkel kit from this company April 20th and today it’s July 23rd and I just got my package. After it was just over a month after I ordered it I called to ask why I haven’t got it yet and they told me it’ll be send in a week or two. In a week or two I called back and they told me the same thing so I got them to dig deeper and found out that the supplier “forgot” to ship it. I asked them if I could just get my money back and they said they would have to charge me a 80 restocking fee so I decided to keep waiting. In another week or two I called again and found out that they still haven’t got it yet but said they’ll have it in a couple days and would ship it as soon as they got it. I went to call this morning to just cancel my order since I still haven’t got it and I found out that they did send it a month ago but they did not let me know or send me a tracking number and they put the wrong phone number on my package so purolators was unable to get ahold of me. I will never do business with this company again and would give 0 stars if I could.
