Unfortunately we had to cancel our family trip due to covid gathering rules. Chalets at big white was understanding and made the process easy for us. We will definitely use them next time we hit the slopes.

We are staying at Feathertop unit 405. No hot water so far for 2 days and no one will even return are calls or emails. We are paying 850 per night and no hot water, the hot tub had a scum film on top, the stereo system doesn’t work, no towels or cleaning clothes. Super disappointed that they will not even communicate with us. Do not spend the money on this place

Stayed at raven crest #5, unit is quite run down. the stove was being repaired when we got there, ice machine never worked properly, upstairs where the bunk beds are is an absolute sauna (we had all the heaters turned off) still couldn’t sleep up there. all the furniture was extremely old and looked quite beaten up. One chair was broken when we got there, the back literally fell off when someone sat on it. Reported it as soon as this happened and were then charged 500 off the damage deposit for it as “they needed to replace the whole set”. The entire set needed replacement before we even got there so I find the timing to be quite odd. Hot tub is tiny, more like a jacuzzi. We were charged for cleaning for leaving literally one garbage can in a bathroom, the rest of he house was spotless. All around a terrible experience renting a condo from them. Big white was beautiful and had a great time in the area but cannot recommend this company to anyone with the unprofessional way they handled renting this unit. Look at Airbnb or at another rental company.

We had a fantastic holiday at Big White last month. Snow was great with quiet slopes. The friendly people at Chalets at Big White made the whole accommodation process easy from booking on the phone to meeting us at the apartment on arrival with a personal welcome. The check-out process was easy too (useful for our early departure). The apartment (401 Snowbird Lodge) was very luxurious with a private hot tub on the balcony looking out over the valley. Great for watching the fireworks every Saturday night. The ski-in and almost ski-out location made it easy too (You had to climb up a small bank of snow at the back of the building and cross the road to get to the track down to the lift). We will definitely be going back to Big White and would use Chalets at Big White again.
