Just an outstanding experience. I went it with an emergency repair and the went above and beyond to accommodate me. Very pleasant to talk to...very helpful as well..the guy at the parts counter went out of his way as well to try and help me out. Absolutely the best service I've ever received. I would definitely recommend them to anybody......great job guys!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service and great work.
Was towed in there off the 401 few days ago. The service dept. didn't know I was coming but they took me right in and started working on my truck very quickly. Adam who I dealt with was sharp, professional and easy to deal with. They got me in and out within a few hours of me getting there. Very impressed by the whole crew, especially considering the last few peterbilt dealerships I've dealt with have been horrible!!! This place made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Awesome job!
Use to own a Peterbilt and loved the truck. Ayr had bailed me out on a couple occasions at night when my truck broke down and needed to get up and going quickly. Finally in the position to buy another Peterbilt. However have tried 5 times to get a hold of the new truck sales man over the last two weeks. Either no one is in the office or I simply don't get a phone call back when a voicemail is left. Decided to show up week later. No one in sales offices at all. Not even a receptionist to tell you if anyone is around. Waited 5 minutes and decided to buy from somewhere else. What a joke.
