I recently called to inquire about having a front and rear dash camera system installed. The person I spoke to on the phone was super helpful— was able to give me a quote over the phone and schedule my car in for the installation the same day. I am very happy with the product and the installation!! You can barely tell that it is there when sitting in the driver’s seat and they did their best to keep the wires tucked into the interior of the car. The camera system is easy to use and it has gps to inform me of all red light cameras— which is a bonus! Once the installation was complete— they sat with me to be sure that I knew how to use the system! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I'm so excited to see what these guys are going to do to my Jeep. I know it's going to be a work of art!
I am 75 years and had cameras installed for visibility. Within a week I knew the systems would not work for me as visibility was poor, dash display was blinding at night, and images were confusing - dangerous while driving. The system installed also did not work properly. I asked employees to remove cameras and was informed that there would be a full charge to have the total system removed (but no charge if only dash display removed). I was also informed no refund was possible. Furthermore when I asked to speak to manager I was denied access. They refused to give me the keys to my car until I paid more money (this misunderstanding was cleared up but not because the employee listened to me!) Note: I was informed they had never installed this system but would have no problem doing it. There were aspects of the system that were inoperative. When I requested an operating manual I was informed that there isn't one, and that I should just phone when I had a question. It didn't work properly over half the time and I had to drive to Auto Sound to have them adjust it. Based on my experience with Maple Ridge Certified AutoSound I will never use them again and cannot recommend them. Caveat Emptor!!!!

Awesome guys to deal with, they go above and beyond with the quality of workmanship and effort involved in making sure the customer is always happy. Definitely will always be getting all my work done through Anthony and the crew that he works with! I totally appreciate knowing that my truck a 2011 F350 and my car a 1969 Ford are in the best hands.
