The store itself has a decent selection of modern and unique tile designs. The showroom has an open layout making it easier to look through all the options. However, I was extremely unhappy with the customer service. After a few days of placing my order over the phone with Brooklyn, I did not get a confirmation of any sort (email or a phone call) informing me that my order was ready to be picked up with instructions on how I can pick it up. I decided to check in over the weekend and called them to ask about my order. The representative told me it was already in stock and I could come pick it up. I showed up to the showroom/warehouse about 45 minutes later at around 2pm as it showed open on google until 4pm... ONLY to find out I couldn’t pick them up because the specific department closed at 1pm but the showroom was still open?!? Poor communication and lack of customer service. I would think letting a customer know about the status of their order is important, but apparently the representatives here could care less and don’t value your time. Also, the tone of all the representatives I spoke to was rude and they always seemed to rush the conversation. Now, I need to schedule another time to pick up my order and from the reviews I have read so far on the waiting times at the warehouse, I’m even more skeptical. Just want my order since I have already paid but definitely WON’T be coming back! There are many tile stores in the area so I recommend checking those out too!

Visited Centura numerous times to pick the right tiles for my renovation. Great selection and beautifully laid out showroom. Sarah Song was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and went out of her way to help me choose the right products that would work for my taste and time preferences. Her communication was prompt and thorough, and she made sure to pass me on to her other helpful co-workers when she knew she wouldn't be available. Would not hesitate to come back here for future projects and to recommend others. Thank you Sarah, Jade, and Brooklyn!
Came in to Centura Tiles few days ago, where I am looking to do some renovations to my house. Yasmin was the customer service representative who helped me out and showed me around. She greeted me when I came in, and helped me out as soon as she was done with the other clients. She showed me the kitchen countertops, most of the designs that were available and recommended the best colored marble that fits my kitchen. She also took the time to show me the tiles that would best fit my kitchen based on the coloring and design. It was my first time visiting, and honestly the products available are just beautiful, and I'm sure it will make my kitchen looks like a different room in the house. The prices seemed fair taking in consideration the great quality of the products. On top of all that, the show rooms were huge, and the staff were very organized and taking the pandemic very seriously, which is great to see. I will be coming back this weekend hopefully to make my final decision. Thank you Yasmin and thank you Centura for the great experience.
It's a good place with wide selection of porcelain tiles. Natural stone, vinyl selection is limited though.
