Fake parts, selling fake parts and say is original!!! Very bad communication, not respect at all!!!!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. The technician who came to our apartment on April 27th 2020 was incredibly rude (beyond anything I've EVER experienced) and very ill-mannered. He continually spoke to my wife like she was something he stepped in and when confronted by myself refused to answer. He even accused us of adding jobs to his list and lying about what the problems with the appliances were. There should be an option for zero stars as they don't even deserve the minimum of 1. He should be removed from the company as a representative, as he is a disgrace.

the worst worst and worst customer service the person at the counter is tired i think he need a new job. when you work in the same place for a long time you think that you are the owner and abused the clients

Was looking for a part and found it there same day he had it in stock but triple the price. I called today for a different part and his answer was we don't carry this brand parts and we will not find it anywhere else. I made another call to someone else and ordered it and it was original not aftermarket and excellent price. I suggest before saying anything to verify your facts...

You can find almost everything in that store but the people there are extremely rude. They want you to buy and leave! If you take the extra time to think whether to buy it or not their attitude rises!!!!! Extremely bad

Brought in a drill that is under garantee from supplier. I was sent to this store for repairs. The guy behind counter was most unplessant. Looked like he hated his job... My drill was there from Oct 14 to March 9th. I had to call many times to see if it was ready...and always got told piece was not available. By end Jan beginning of Feb I called supplier myself to complain...they said the piece WAS available and contacted the store...Piece was shipped to store and I was told by supplier that it should be ready within 2 weeks. The store never called to say it was ready. I had to call to check. Upon picking it up...the same guy was there...miserable as ever. I told him how unhappy I was and he said the company had been sold so they couldnt get pieces...Dude..seriously...??? He talks to you like your an idiot. I spoke to company myself...Called the number thats on the box the tool came in......the box that was left with them so they could repair tool..... Its not normal a customer should be doing the leg work to find pieces to get something fixed... Awful awful service....If you dont HAVE to go to this store...DONT!!!

Don't buy anything that is not in store. If they to order it, they charge a deposit (in my case 50). If it takes ages to get it or it's not what you want (not the color I ordered, etc..) they refuse to refund the deposit.
