Good company..dispatchers are very helpful. Cab is always on time. Taxi drivers help with luggage , groceries and heavy items. Margaret is the extremely kind and willing to offer a helping hand incase any issue arises. Would definitely recommend their services.

The taxi driver charge me 7.75 for 1.1km drive and forced me to pay him 6 tips. It’s like you get rubbed on the night when u were alone. So I paid 13.75 for 1.1km drive with zero stop and traffic. I always pay more than 10% tips for all the service like restaurant or taxi based on their service but this time is unacceptable. I have used over 50 times this company in the last 3 years after I move to Abby. And I m tip every time. The taxi’s number CV94 and the driver is a male. Someone from the company fix this bs please and thank you. Btw, customer service is always nice every time I call to book a taxi.
They originally told me 10- 15 minutes when they will arrive and I waited 35 minutes. So I called back the person on the lied to me saying the driver tried to call us and was waiting outside but we were out there. My phone had no history of anyone calling. I told him my exact address and went on to explain it was just off of Gladwin, to which he rolled his eyes and started to argue with me. I continued to explain more so he would know where to go and asked if he knew where Gladwin was, he just continued to roll his eyes and argue and was trying to ask if I lived by Superstore (I kept saying no). Not professional at all, and made me extremely uncomfortable for the rest of the cab ride. Maybe next time, don't complain about doing what you're getting paid to do.
I am very thankful. Today after I walked my dog in the park by mistake I locked my car keys in the trunk, so I called Central Valley Taxi and explained the situation. They send a tax in not even a minute and everybody was very proffetional and helpful. Thank you!
