Elizabeth Lackey was immensely helpful during the busiest landscape/hardscape year to date, 2020; with the Covid-19 Pandemic. I can not praise her enough for always being so upbeat, and helpful despite the immense stress I am sure, she and everyone at Central Precast was under last summer. Very professional, responsive, and kind! Keep up the good work, looking forward to doing business together again this summer!

Best place to get your interlock/wall/caps in Ottawa. Knowledgeable front office staff that actually follow up on requests. Great prices on all products (stone, glue, greenline, sand,...) The only place I'll stop for my projects. The yard staff is great, hardworking and very helpful. Can get busy at times, so be patient!
We liked dealing with this place a lot. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. The reason I didn't give a 5 star is thier sample return process is so slow. I mean I guess 10 or 15 min is not that big a deal but I just don't understand why it would take so long to return 4 items.
