Called me last minute to offer a change in appointment, communicated as optional and a last minute opening and to call back. Was working nights so not able to contact them back, assumed original appointment was in place. Called me today, day of appointment stating my appointment was moved and that my original was no longer available. Communicated a completely different story than what was left as a voicemail right before they closed after. Complete lack of professionalism and communication displayed. Will choose another oral surgeon. Based on how they handled this situation, I wouldn't really trust them with anesthesia or my teeth.

What an excellent team of staff members. I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism. I never felt as though anyone was rushing and they were always willing to explain everything thoroughly. What a pleasant experience!
From day one visiting this office it was very unprofessional and the ladies at the desk were the rudest receptionist I’ve ever dealt with in my life and not knowledgable at all I would not recommend any of the surgeons or this office at all. I ended up with a split lip they had to be stitched after getting dental work it was a bloody horror story. I’ve never had a surgeon lie so much.
Excellent service and great people I hate going to the dentist the staff and dr. Ratkowski made the experience quite comfortable for me does his job very well would highly recommend his work to anyone
Centennial Oral surgery office provides excellent service. I called with a very painful tooth and I had an appointment the next day. Dr. R was very detailed telling me exactly what was going on and I experience very little pain, swelling or bruising. I would recommend Centennial Oral surgery office to anyone.
Dr Ratkowski is a wonderful surgeon. Very professional and empathetic. Always allowed sufficient time to explain the process and answer questions. His staff are extremely welcoming.
Why be 15 mins early when you sit and wait 45 mins for a Dr. ? First thing in morning ... terrible service... very disappointed!!
Dr Lee does amazing work, so far he has done 4 surgeries to help get my smile back after an unpleasant braces experience and everything he and his team have done has been professional and very well done!
