Really down to earth, good hearted employees. They are willing to show and compare all your options without forcing you into buying anything. Would 100% go back for all my phone needs. I came in having a problem with the battery on my phone draining and my photo quality not up to par anymore. Wes was super helpful and gave me the option to 1. Replace the battery of my old phone, then told me the cost associated with it. 2. Showed me the s10s i had my eye on and compared the prices and features with me. In the end I got a sweet deal on a newer phone with a screen protector all included. I was worried about not having a case protector for my clumsy self and Wes actually let me borrow his own personal case till I could order one in the mail. Not many company's would go above and beyond to help a customer out like he did. I'd highly recommend if you want a good respectable place that are honest and upfront with their customers to go here!

I came in to buy a better case for my iPhone 11 and was approached by a respectable looking man who introduced himself as Vishal. He helped me find the exact case I needed! The service was very fast and professional. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for help with their phone needs!
Before going into the store I emailed them while looking at their website. Wes replied immediately from home on his day off. Then, and in person, he was always personable and friendly, while remaining professional. After installing my screen protector, he offered to help me with some issues that were a little time consuming. He seemed knowledgeable and is a great communicator. Not once did I feel stupid or \old\ for not knowing something. He wasn't masked, but was distanced behind a protective screen at all times, and I am sure he would have put one on had I asked him. The case prices are comparable to a lot on Amazon, and he and his partner, Brennan, have a decent selection. I highly recommend dealing with the Cellular Toy Shop in Kensington. Supporting small businesses is especially important right now.
