I am happy to say that I received service from Kato MacDonald at the Woodstock location and he was wonderful. He helped me through some problems on my iPhone with great ease. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed my problems and I was in and out nice and quick. I am very happy with the service he provided. Keep up the great work. I will definitely be returning if ever needed.

drove almost 1 hour to visit the shop on Dundas street in London because of all the good reviews i had been given from numerous friends. Not only did they meet my expectations they exceeded them. The staff at the shop were honest, friendly and do quality work. Honest and professional are just two of the many traits they showed me today. Really good experience, with excellent customer service and quality work. The tech (Kato) did a fast and professional job replacing the entire frame and back panel of my phone - it looks and works like new! I paid extra to have a screen protector installed. When I got it home I noticed a few specs of dirt under the protector so I brought it back and they're replacing the protector. I'm always happy when people stand behind the quality of their workmanship. A great small business with a focus on satisfying their customers. Will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family.
