Saved me thousands, and saved the environment at the same time by helping fix my note10! They are why right to repair legislation is important. Samsung wants me to buy a new phone right, but fox has your interests in mind. You are their customer and they help you! They've saved me grief and thousands, thank you guys!
My cellphone issue was resolved quickly. I was so worried that on this first day of Covid lockdown # 2 that I would be stuck without a phone! But they are an essential service! The staff were helpful, friendly, fixed the phone quickly and was amazing value. I will take my tech repairs to them from now on. Wonderful. Highly recommend!

I called the shop as the charging port on my pixel 2 stopped working. I've had connection issues for a year and a half and had been cleaning it out regularly. I thought I needed a new charging port, which would easily have cost over 100. Upon arrival the gentleman took my phone to the back and within 5 minutes came back and said it just needed a really good cleaning. He could have charged me to replace the port, but instead was extremely honest and did not charge me at all to clean it out. The charging port is now like new and connects perfectly to my charger. Honesty and integrity are tough qualities to find in a business. I will definitely be back should I run into any issues with my cell phone or laptop and would highly recommend Cell Phone Fox to anyone.
