Ripped off my 87 year old mother, deliberately sold her a phone that didn't work. Promised at purchase that if it didn't work with her sim card they would replace the phone or credit slip, went back the very next day and the store clerk denied making any promises and refused to honour the commitment, even though it is delated on the receipt. Bullsh_t service.

I brought in 2 iPhones for screen repair and one needed a battery. The staff is super helpful with same day service. I got exactly what I needed with no hidden cost. The prices were extremely reasonable. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Took my old iPhone5 with a broken screen and bad battery into Hamilton Wireless, to see if it was worth fixing. The person we dealt with was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He examined the phone, and explained what it needed, and gave us a very reasonable price. I left the phone with him, came back in a while, and it was fixed. He did have to do some extra work, but it did not affect the price. Phone works better than ever. We will be buying a replacement in the fall--and this is where we will purchase it. A pleasure to deal with!!
