Our chimney was struck by lightning and the damage was extensive, with some of the electrical in the house requiring inspecting. CDN was the company sent by the insurance to manage the repairs. They were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. Prior to the work being started, I was made aware of the parameters of what would be covered...I expected no more, no less...and was not disappointed. Would use this company again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

CDN took an already stressful situation (water damage) and made it even more so with poor communication and sloppy workmanship. In one instance, poor quality tiling materials were used. Paint was mismatched. More seriously, we were forced to pay extra to re-waterproof a shower that was damaged by CDN when they broke a seal in haste. We were also forced to hire Sears to fix a dryer that was 'repaired' by a CDN workman who originally moved the dryer in order to repair drywall. I never write reviews but we were dismayed at the customer service and overall experience.
CDN Restoration and Nikki came highly recommended to me after some flooding in my basement. She assessed my situation quickly, was very professional and knowledgeable and was efficient in all her work. I highly recommend this company
