Just had a phone call with one of their service reps and did nothing but interrupt and refuse to give me the address and said nothing but Google cbv, this company seems like scammers or just terrible at their job. As I have no problem paying my 2019 cell phone bill from a old account I don't have, but what I have a problem with is when they say if I call today before three and pay it will be 210 but 340 any other time after ? This company is rude, inefficient and has horrible customer service skills. I never even write reviews.

This is a total SCAM!! Please have the good sense to call Rogers to confirm if you owe anything because they will surely tell you. I want to save you from being robbed as I have almost been, getting in the poor graces of my parents who think I am delinquent as they are calling and harassing me in the mornings as they know if have some money. Frankly Rogers tells me they would have written off any amount that CBV has created so long ago, claiming that I owe a bill since 2005 when I have not even been in the country. They know that there are a percentage of people who will pay and that is how they make money in this racket. What they did not know is that I am a publicist. #badpr
I'm well aware I have debt and have every intention of paying it off... however when you speak to these \PEOPLE\ They will do nothing but yell at you. The person I spoke with today is lucky I don't know where there offices are. I have never felt more humiliated or smaller than I do right now. I really hope they go under.
This company is the worst. They say that I owe money to Rogers which I do not. I contacted Rogers and both my accounts I had with them are at a 0.00 balance. Apparently this bill is from 2010. I have sent them a registered letter requesting they stop harassing me. Legally if you owe money they are only allowed to contact you 3 times in one week. If they are contacting you at work you legally can tell them to stop call you at work and they have to comply. I have spoken to a lawyer and was given a gov web site call (consumerbeware.mgs.gov.on.ca) to find out if this collection agency is for real and what shows up is (no search results) When they called me I tell and ask them what is the address they have for me and they cant give it to me until I confirm it first. REALLY the government needs to pay attention to this half wit company. CBV if your reading this YOU NEED TO STOP I do not owe you or Rogers money!!!
I received 5 calls from this company. Every time i pick up its some one breathing heavily in to a phone and then hanging up. Very unprofessional
