Phone systems must be broken. No one ever answers the phone you leave a message you never get a call back. I am an employee and I called with an emergency situation, of course I get voice-mail. 3 WEEKS LATER still no call back, had to address the situation myself. Totally unacceptable, clients have the same issue.

All the secretary does is talk on the phone she seen me come in than after 20 minutes of listening to her babble on the phone about her kids she asks me if anyone has helped me!! Get off the phone and do ur job!
