Worse industrial neighbor to have backing on to residential housing. Yard is littered with garbage and not paved as the other surrounding industries. Trucks and unlicenced trailers fill property to accomodate storage overload. Dust and noise 24/7.Best thing to happen is its sold and the circus can move elsewhere .

Called in. Spoke with owner. Sent a follow up email describing my project. Provided timelines, qty, design expectations for a fairly simple stand. 4 people were CC'd on the project. A few weeks passed with no feedback. No response to my emails. That's 1 (undeserving) for very poor l customer service.
