I've always had a positive experience here I've started going here after my last dog passed away at 17 and I used to bring her to the Dunnville Animal Clinic and found that dr. Bob was extremely rude unprofessional and the clinic was run by a bunch of 17 year old girls that had no idea what they were doing since then I've been going to dr. Trish in Cayuga she is completely amazing the facility is clean up-to-date and usually only have two staff members up front running the desk extremely efficiently I would highly recommend bringing your animal here she is caring and loves pets

Very friendly staff that always recognize my dogs when I bring them in and call them by name. They are gentle and caring people with the knowledge to back it up. Highly recommend them as your pets vet

Our puppy and both of our cats go to this vet hospital and the staff has been amazing from the get-go. In my opinion, Dr. Rodé has got to be the best vet that I have come in contact with and it's not just because she's friendly, caring and passionate about giving the best treatment for my animals, but because she will be very honest with us in her answers and recommendations. I never hesitate to ask her questions about training methods or whether my pets behaviour is abnormal. Her method is not about only curing/healing my animal, but about teaching and health PROMOTION. If I ever move out of Cayuga, I still want her as my vet.
