We have been to this location twice now and in both cases not one person asked us if we needed help, and we were there for a while looking at hardwood flooring. I shouldn't have to beg for help. Maybe 900 sq ft of flooring is too small of an order.

I had not dealt with Monaghan Lumber before an acquaintance told me that they were excellent! In this crazy time of supply shortages, I was three quarters through a large deck project and could not find any lumber to finish it. Monaghan was extremely pleasant each time I called them even though they were probably getting many calls a day asking “When”. Jacob, Rich and Ben were extremely helpful and came through with enough wood to finish my project. The delivery was prompt and the delivery guy was a pleasant and polite guy! It is wonderful to find a bunch of professionals that practice such a high level business and customer service skills. Thanks.
