My baby product company did a round of RFP for a new website and we were very impressed with their preparedness, knowledge, and professionalism when they submitted their proposal. They actually went ahead and built a draft landing page prior to any discovery which wasn't something other firms prepared to do. They were also generous with their knowledge. Unfortunately due to budget cutbacks we did not move forward with the project however they left a very strong impression on us.
